Everything well organized, when we arrived at the meeting point we found the assistant ready to receive us a very kind way ( she speaks only English ) but she is joined by a colleague who speaks Italian, so very professional and kind. The visit is really beautiful a palace of a thousand and one nights, after the routine checks ( airport type ) we were given the audio guide in Italian where the route and history of the palace is explained and described. It is really worth it to visit this historic palace. There is also a store inside where you can buy palace gadgets and souvenirs of the city.

The tour, although it is only for the 4th floor, is very nice and gives us some history of the town and its main building. We had a hard time finding the guide but finally managed. You don't have to enter the lobby where you get tickets to enter the museum and palace but outside the palace itself, in the square just outside the revolving door on the city side, not the Danube side. Courteous Manuel and colleague to call us by phone. Eventually visit done!

For the Parliament tour, the communication was very good. At the appointed time the guys arrived with the tickets and did the processing at the ticket office. Everything went well! The cruise was a bit more complicated to find the embarkation point but once we arrived, the embarkation was smooth and the trip was very pleasant. The timing was great because we were able to see the city during the day and then a beautiful sunset.

Hungarian Parliament is a must see of the city od Budapest. The audio tour is well organizaed and lasts enough time to see the most important places inside the building. The experience with Headput was very positive and it was very east to get the tickets following the clear instructions and reminders provided. It is definately recommended.
