Buying the tickets was very easy and straightforward. All the information was available in the app. Be sure to read everything. Before entering, the ticket and the audio guide had to be "redeemed" digitally with a man sitting on a stool. That was a bit odd, but everything went smoothly. The man was very friendly. The Pantheon itself is highly recommended. Be sure to book the audio guide. It was a very impressive experience.

We had a huge problem with the Colosseum. We didn't have the person who takes care of the guide in the morning, so we had to go to the Colosseum without an audio guide, and the site asked us for unlikely things to prove that we were on time, even though we had tickets to enter the Colosseum, so we were obviously on time. I do not recommend this site at all for buying tickets.

I received the tickets and the audio guide booklet by email the day before. The instructions were very clear. The visits went smoothly. No waiting. Please note that you need to allow a little time for visiting the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill. There is a lot to see at the site. In winter, it closes at 4:30 p.m. We weren't able to see everything...

I bought skip-the-line tickets with an audio guide for the Pantheon in Rome. The tickets were sent the day before, as promised. On the day of the tour, we went to the meeting point and the guy kindly explained everything to us. We arrived and went straight in without having to wait in the long lines that had formed around the building. I had read some bad reviews, but in my case, everything worked perfectly.

The reception when we picked up our tickets was very unpleasant. We had to insist to be helped, and our time slot was changed because our reservation wasn’t in the system. We had to postpone our tour, which was scheduled for 10:05 a.m., until 12:00 p.m. The service at the agency left a lot to be desired. As for the guide and the experience at the Pantheon, they were good.

The company's staff weren't wearing any identification, so it was hard to tell if you could trust the person on the street enough to hand them your phone to get instructions. The person who could scan the QR code arrived late. After that, not all six of us were able to play all the chapters of the audio guide. At most, we were able to listen to two of the five chapters available.

We couldn't find the person there. We waited a while before they showed up. Once we were taken care of, it took a long time. We weren't really sure what to expect.
