The guide Santiago was magnificent, very polite, he provided abundant historical and artistic information and also practical information. What I can't explain, although it doesn't depend on Headout, is that the price of the entrance to Bran Castle costs 50% more than Peles Castle, which is further away but is much more worth it, in my opinion. Besides that the decoration (pumpkins, spider webs, etc), that they have put now in Bran castle, for Halloween, is ridiculous and childish.

We really enjoyed our guide Irina Chiş, a born storyteller, who knows Peleş Castle so well since she's been visiting it since childhood, that she tells us anecdotes (not just technical details)! Irina brings the castle and its history to life!

Castle was amazing. The different rooms gave you a look back at the extravagance of the Romanian Monarchy. A lot of castles were raided by the communists, this Castle ( more of a palace ) was able to keep everything in tact. Well worth the cost!
