The guide (Rocio) was great, she made the visit much better than expected and that did not start well, since we were given as a meeting point in front of the entrance door of the Mosque-Cathedral instead of in front of the entrance of the Alcazar, where it was correct, which happened to about 10 people, but the good work of Rocio made the visit was great.

Our guide was held up on previous tour, so we all were quite concerned what was happening. It would be good if something could be communicated on the app what was happening. The description of the meeting point did not match the reference nor the actual meeting point!

They sent us to the wrong meeting point. We stayed 20 minutes and the tour left 15 minutes late. In the meantime the guide, Rocio, was great. She controlled the crisis and saved the tour!
