Catch Pulitzer Prize finalist play 4000 Miles, as it is revived on West End by the talented Matthew Warchus, with the widely popular Timothee Chalamet in the lead
Why Watch 4000 Miles
21-year-old Leo sets off from the West Coast on his bicycle, along with his best friend. The trip is expected to take several weeks, and Leo completely disappears from the grid. Leo’s 91-year-old grandmother, Vera, is quite surprised to find him at the door of her West Village apartment, with no warning beforehand. She learns that the trip that started together had finished alone. Will their grief bring the unlikely pair closer than ever before?
Written by Amy Herzog, 4000 miles went on nominated for the Pulitzer Prize in 2013. The play was praised for its narrative, and for its ability to leave a lasting impression on its audience.
