I had a wonderful experience visiting the Royal Palace of Madrid. The tour was very well organized and informative, and the palace itself is absolutely stunning. The architecture, artwork, and decorations are breathtaking, and each room has so much history behind it. Our guide was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which made the visit even more interesting. I especially enjoyed learning about the Spanish royal family and the historical significance of the palace. Overall, it was an amazing and unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Madrid, especially if you are interested in history, culture, and beautiful landmarks.

This guided tour was an absolute experience for us! First of all our guide, Sergio, was very friendly and explained many Madrid-related facts in detail. The guided tour started on time, with introducing ourshelves and the country of origin. The walking tour towards the Royal Palace was also a great surprise, since it was a very good chance to learn many aspects of Madrid's historic places. Later, the palace guided tour was very well organised, with detailed presentation of every room, leaving plenty of time for photos. In general, I would absolutely suggest Headout for a guided tour as well as we will also choose it again for a guided tour in the future.

I book the tour just 2 days in advance because I cannot find a ticket on an official website anymore. I think it is a very good decision as you don't need to wait for a long queue in front of the palace. Guide is very professional and funny. The tour takes around 2 hours, and start from city centre (Place Mayor). Then. we walk to the Palace and our guide explains history of Madrid along the way before we start to learn about spain monarchy. Highly recommend.

Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging. Joining a guided tour also meant we skipped the queue. The use of the headsets means you can hear the guide really well also. I find guided tours an enjoyable way of experiencing local attractions and less tiring than self managing.

Very good tour! Juan Antonio was very knowledagble and added great humor to the paintings to keep the tour interesting! Would absolutely recommend and do again. We truly skipped all lines and were able to do both the palace and Museo del Prado in 5 hours exactly.

Very interesting visit with Aurore. Top-notch guide. She knows her subject perfectly, speaks good French and brings the tour to life. Her humor is a welcome addition. She puts a lot of effort into preparing her visits and enriches them with photos on her phone and anecdotes. I recommend this guide
