I only felt comfortable to purchase these tickets because there were so many great reviews. I am SO GLAD we did! While it felt a little strange to meet outside of a souvineer shop, our guide immediately met up with us, walked us the short walk to the palace and got us straight to the front and into the Palace! She did an amazing job of explaining things to us and answering questions, all while keeping us. moving along. Her english was fantastic and the Palace was beautiful. I would highly recommend booking this!

I rally enjoyed the tour. A 5 hours guided tour full of discoveries and surprises that can deliver you a detailed knowledge of most important things in Royal Palace and El Prado museum. Fatima our guide was lovely, extensively prepared and could can also explain things in a easy to understand and entertaining way. She made the tour really enjoyable. I definitely recommend to have an overview of the must-see in Madrid.

As wonderful and informative as our tour of the Royal palace of Madrid and Spanish history was, it was our tour guide Andre that was truly exceptional! He brought the Royals and Spanish history to life and he did it with his own brand of humour and warmth, while still providing us with all the historical information we needed to know. Overall, the tour and the staff’s service were very satisfactory. However, there was a bit of confusion at the start because the description listed a different address than the one on the ticket. Additionally, the description mentioned a tour of the royal kitchen, which unfortunately did not take place. Apart from that, the rest of the tour was very well organized and, overall, a successful experience.

I absolutely loved the experience! Buying the skip-the-line ticket for the guided tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid made all the difference. Right from the start, I was pleased because the meeting point was super easy to find—no hassle at all. The guide was a standout: very kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about what he does. He explained everything in great detail, from the palace’s history to interesting facts about each room and specific objects, which made the visit much more interesting. But what really stood out to me was the banquet hall. It’s simply incredible! Everything remains set up, perfectly arranged, as if at any moment we were about to attend a grand royal dinner. It really feels like we’re the king’s guests of honor. And without a doubt, buying the skip-the-line ticket was worth every penny. When we arrived, there was a huge line of people with regular tickets, and we simply walked in through a side door without waiting at all. It was quick and much more comfortable.
