After a difficult start, as we initially found ourselves in the wrong queue, everything quickly improved once we met our guide. (Make sure you read on where to meet once you get your ticket) Our guide was incredibly understanding and calming, which really helped after a flustered beginning. She was personable, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable. The company was professional throughout, and we really enjoyed learning about the palace. This company are reliable and would definitely use again.

Tour Guide, Rodrigo, gets a five star review. He was fantastic. Kept the group moving and even gave us a few chuckles. I really wanted to give a 4.6 star review but this app did not allow. I think the check in process was a bit awkward, not terrible, but awkward. We arrived early as requested, we were verified as being on tour and asked to wait aside for guide, then we were asked to go line up outside, and then one by one we came back in and checked in again to get radio. It was awkward
