The tour started from the agency's office, so walking through the streets of Madrid with our wonderful guide, who shared facts and curiosities along the way, was already very interesting. Very, very good... highly recommended. Our guide, Beatriz, did a great job. Engaging and lively... I'm Spanish, but I had an English speaker with me. She was very happy, and I, having already been to the Royal Palace before, really enjoyed it too! I give it 5 stars.

Excellent small group tour of the Palacio Real! Macarena was a fantastic tour guide. Her explanation of the history behind the art and architecture made visiting the palace that much richer. We learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the palace. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone!

It was amazing experience and thanks to Headout team. Just a suggestion you should put and share meeting point details in advance since it was really confusing with a group tour but other than this awesome experience and guide was also very informative so appreciate you putting this visit in list

The guide was easy to find at the meeting point. We were given earphones, which made it very easy to hear her. She shared fun anecdotes, and it was great that we could skip the line and head straight inside. The tour lasted 1.5 hours, which was just right. All in all, a fun and interesting experience.

We thought it was fantastic. We hadn't expected much from it. It's a sight we wanted to see, but guide Benny narrated it so engagingly and wittily that it turned into an amazing trip. His English was also exceptionally good and easy to hear, since we were provided with audio headsets.

We had an engaging and well prepared English-speaking guide, who kept us focused and well looked after. There was an unnecessarily long queue at the group entrance which doesn't speak well of the palace security organisation but our guide maintained their composure and kept us in check all the while. I have enjoyed viewing the palace with a guided tour, to me the modern day interpretation is a valuable addition to the whole experience.
