Guide was quite perfunctory - more of a lecturer than a experience coordinator. Spent too much time on trivial fact and not enough time on the good stuff. Didn’t ask us anything - just charged ahead. Was a very hot day and no warning about the amount of walking. Some people were struggling. The directions to meet the tour were very poor. When I pointed out that the GPS coordinates were wrong, the response was "Oh yeah, we know about that". Took us a good half hour to walk around a piazza that was barricaded for a concert. Didn't spend near enough time in the cathedral and way too much time on irrelevant information.Itziar
