It was a relaxing way to see many sights and orient ourselves in such a big city. The ability to get off to explore and pick up another bus to continue was so useful. Best views are upstairs but that can be hot!!

The organization and the change from digital to analogue tickets went without a hitch👍 In Rome, it just takes a very long time to get on the bus and the waiting times at some stops are also immensely long!😵💫Scott

Staff always on hand to help/support. Pretty frequent buses although from our experience I wouldn't say it was every 15mins, closer to every 30mins but that's just a minor thing. Live bus scan option was really good and was pretty accurate too.Matteo

Passengers with wheelchairs are required to secure themselves and their wheelchairs with safety belts while the bus is in motion. The wheelchair must be locked with its brakes and placed in the designated space.
