It was our first trip to Barcelona and we were in front of Sagrada Familia and enjoying ourselves and we thought about how it would be better for us to get around and my sister noticed to Hop On Hop off bus right there we sat down in the plaza and made the reservations right there online but our tickets online went to the bus stop and just had an amazing time and we were able to see the entire city we had lunch down by the ocean or by the bay front and then went back in and saw the center of the city and everything was just beautiful and amazing by the way thank you Hop On Hop off bus cuz you have the ability to wheelchair access in my wife had her scooter with her and it was so great to be able to get on to the bus with our scooter and have a parking space for it right there and have the ability and your team was just amazing they would always come and put down the ramp put up the ramp and make sure we were secure and everything it was just great really great highly recommend this tour Hop On Hop on bus if you're in

The bus service between the airport and Plaça de Catalunya is worth the money; it runs frequently and is fast. From the main square, you can access the metro, trains, and Hop-On Hop-Off buses. These also run often—taking a tour is well worth it and covers your entire day’s sightseeing. There are tons of tourists looking around. Unfortunately, the square is marred by a migrant encampment, and there are many homeless people lying on the ground. In many spots, this also creates unpleasant odors. There are plenty of police officers and cleaning staff responsible for public sanitation. Seeing it once was enough; I have no desire to return.

I really liked how well the trip was organized, the choice of routes, and the short wait times between buses (no more than 10–15 minutes). It's the best way to get to know Barcelona if you're visiting for just a few days and want to learn as much as possible about the city in a limited amount of time. I was left with only positive impressions from the tour.

Very convenient for seeing the main attractions of Barcelona. The information provided was interesting. I recommend the experience. Just note that if you choose the option to visit Park Güell, you'll have to walk up some steep hills to get there from the bus stop.

The two routes, orange and green, cover most of Barcelona, and taking them was the best decision to wrap up our visit. The buses are very clean, with multiple language options, and the driver was very responsible.

The drive through Montjuic was very nice. The bus is a good way to cover a lot of ground in a day and get an overview of just how expansive Barcelona is. The concept of hopping on and off the bus at various stops is appealing, but flawed in that all of the desireable seats on the bus are on the top deck (during a nice day) and those seats are all taken. We waited for 3 buses to get on the top deck and felt that if we got off we would be stuck on the lower level again. The English voice tour guide was slightly out of sync with the passing attractions and ~40% of the time we were not able to see the particular feature the recording was speaking about. Early in the commentary the english voice (AI?) boasted that all the tour buses were electric as part of a commitment to the environment, but our bus was certainly a very large Diesel powered vehicle which on several occasion pulled over at a stop and idled for ~10-15 minutes for no apparent reason.
