The overall experience is good. The food is average, and unlimited drinks are subject to the waiter's discretion. They try to sell you the photos they take. The show is good. The boat isn't very big, but it's clean. We requested a baby seat that never arrived.

This was one of the most memorable experience for me as a tourist in Istanbul. This cruise came with lots of surprises and fun. The meals were excellent and satisfying with varying drinks at your beck and call. The waiters were smart and friendly without patronizing. I recommend this to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The actual cruise was really good and fun. But as a disabled person I booked the cruise confirming with the cruise people if it was wheelchair accessible which they said it was but it wasn't. I have mobility issues and climbing stairs. There was stairs to go down and also a step to go up which was very scary due to me being unbalanced as it is. All the staff were very helpful and we made it on. Coming off I was so nervous nearly fell down but we did it with all the help of everyone and my husband. I would advise please get some secure stairs or a ramp which connects to the ship. It was a very scary experience me getting on and off. The cruise was amazing food was lovely. Lovely ambience overall had a great time after over coming the fear of getting on :)

The audio guide worked very poorly, and I lost access to the explanations halfway through the tour. In the end, I regret buying this skip-the-line ticket, which was more expensive than the price at the gate, because there was no line! And you could get the official palace audio guide for free when you bought your ticket at the gate! In the end, we ended up waiting in line with the guide, who just took us to the starting point of the tour! However, at the Basilica Cistern, I couldn't download the audio guide, but the employee at the entrance helped me and everything worked fine! Remember to bring your headphones. Again, the skip-the-line ticket was useless because there was no line at this time of year.

Everything went very well for the visit to Dolmabahçe Palace with the audio guide. I recommend it! It's superb. However, I had opted for the dinner cruise with a PRIVATE table, and when we arrived, we were seated at a large table, which was not what I had booked. We were offered another seat, but still at a large table... I insisted, showing them the terms of my reservation, and we were finally given a private table, but at the very end of the boat, not in a very good position to see the show. We had to stand up to watch it. The meal was simple and adequate. The room was very noisy. We were therefore disappointed with the service.

The cruise was great and the waiter we had was very friendly. We took the tour with another group of friends. The reservation clearly stated that it was the same boat, but they were waiting for us on a different one. No one warned us. When we got there, they annoyed us by separating us. What's more, we felt cheated, because it was supposed to be the same service, and the comparison we made later was that ours was of much poorer quality but the same price. This could have been solved with a prior email or better organization, and it left a very bad taste in my mouth. I understand that the reception at the original boat couldn't find my reservation, but they didn't help by clearly telling us the name of where we were actually supposed to go. A written note would have saved us from going back and forth between boats asking questions. For my part, I do not recommend the experience with this company when purchasing online. The organization was very poor.
