The trip was amazing and Angel the guide was exceptional. However on the return at the meeting point the lady gave the people going to Madrid no information she only spoke to the people going to Segonya. When the bus arrived in turned out it was for Madrid and we only knew because a fellow tourist asked the driver. After a tiring day unfortunately on the way back she and the driver spoke incessantly and loud the entire way back with no consideration for the passengers. Maybe not want to hear but I felt she was rude.

The guide did not recognize that all customers could maintain the speed and pace of his tour. I am 80 years old and I was unable to keep up with the group due to the steep terrain and the speed of the tour guide. I left the tour group at the plaza so very early in the tour. There were 3 in my party and we all discontinued the tour in the plaza. There was nothing in the trip information that indicated the level of difficulty and the steep terrain.
