Getting started

Arrive at Tivoli Gardens on your selected date during the Christmas season and head to the main entrance. Scan your ticket at the self-service machine to enter the park and collect your Christmas Ride Pass. Once inside, you are free to explore the gardens and start enjoying the rides at your own pace.

What to expect

Tivoli Gardens

Tivoli Gardens is a historic amusement park in central Copenhagen, transformed for the Christmas season with festive lights and seasonal decorations. Your ticket provides full access to the park’s attractions and entertainment zones.

Explore the themed gardens, illuminated pathways, and holiday displays unique to the Christmas period.

Use your Christmas Ride Pass for unlimited rides on all included attractions throughout your visit. Ride Passes cover most rides in the park, though some seasonal rides are excluded.

Take advantage of the flexibility to revisit your favorite rides as often as you like, or stroll through the gardens to enjoy the atmosphere and entertainment.

Bring your ticket to be scanned at the entrance to Tivoli Gardens.

Be prepared to scan your ticket at a self-service machine inside the Gardens to obtain your Ride Pass.

What's not allowed

Refunds are not provided for unused tickets.

Accessibility

Some rides have safety and height requirements, and children under 1 year must be accompanied by a paying person over 14 years old to use rides.

Additional information

Your ticket is valid for a single visit for one person on the selected date.

Children under 3 years enjoy free entrance when accompanied by a paying adult; however, a Ride Pass is required for children over 1 year to access rides.

The Entrance and Ride Pass package cannot be purchased for children under 3 years; one adult can accompany up to four children under 3 years, and additional children will be charged the full child entrance price.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be exchanged for another date within 14 days of the original date, in person at a Tivoli Gardens ticket booth.

On Fridays with Friday Rock, guests under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 25 or older after 5:30pm, with one adult able to accompany up to four guests under 16 years.
