Great day out for all the family. Food and drinks in the park are expensive. But entertainment for the kids teenagers and adults fantastic. Recommend you take a packed lunch and your own drinks or water bottles to refill at the many free water top up stations around the park.

Across your 2-day visit, explore the park at your own pace — from nonstop thrill rides to relaxed breaks and repeat visits to your favourite attractions.

Unlimited ride access: Enjoy unlimited access to all rides and attractions, including rollercoasters, family-friendly attractions and water rides.

What’s not allowed

Pets are not permitted inside the park due to venue policies.

Large bags and suitcases should be avoided.

High heels, platform footwear, added padding, hats, and bulky hair accessories are not allowed during height checks.

Accessibility

The experience is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Wheelchair users should use the middle gates at the turnstiles for entry.

Guests with valid disability documentation may bring one carer free of charge.

Certain rides and attractions may not be suitable for guests with back or neck problems, heart conditions, high blood pressure, motion sickness, recent surgeries, or pregnancy.

Guide dogs are allowed within the park but are not permitted on rides.

Additional information

Children under 1.2 m can enter free of charge.

Each paid online booking can include up to four free tickets for children under 1.2 m.

Guests using free under 1.2 m tickets must wear flat shoes for height measurements.

Infants must remain seated on a parent or guardian’s lap during rides.

Guests under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Height requirements vary by ride, generally ranging from 1.4 m to 1.96 m.

Guests planning to re-enter the park must get a hand stamp before exiting.

Facilities at the park include toilets, Changing Places facilities, first aid, parking, free Wi-Fi, and lockers.

Height checks are carried out on the day of entry at the Island Ticket Centre.

Existing Passholders must present both a valid reservation and their Pass at the turnstiles.
