My sons, ages 7 and 9, were impressed by all three exhibits, which were packed with information that was explained very clearly. Of course, the flight over the Netherlands was their favorite part. We would have liked to fly over Limburg as well; perhaps that could be added later. In any case, the experience lived up to our expectations in terms of value for money, and we highly recommend this informative and exciting outing!

We thoroughly enjoyed 'his is Holland '. The whole presentation was fantastic. We now have a better understanding of the problems water creates. The flying experience made us want to go again. The effects while your strapped in your seat are so real. A definite must see. 11/10!

The first two rooms were very educational,we thought that this was all and we were very sad but after that when we entered in the third room and we sat in the chairs and fastened our seatbelts there we realised that something enteresting is coming.That journey with the plane,the water,the wind and the beutiful Holland,with flowers and water is magical.The film was well planned,it describes exactly how this country is.Full of adrenaline,this was our best decision to come there and experience this,it was amazing.We hope one day we will be back and we'll experience one more time this feeling and this view from the plane.Thank you for the opportunity

The 5D experience is great, enjoyed with the whole family. However, VERY DISAPPOINTED that the 2 earlier parts (video with history and a lot of interesting info on the country are IN DUTCH ONLY!!!!). especially with kids it is realy difficult for them to follow the subtitles, and most importantly you lose all the great visuals by trying to read and understand. The Polder system is quite complicated. I strongly suggest en ENGLISH version, you can easily alternate them as they are not that long.

Begin at THIS IS HOLLAND, opposite Amsterdam Central Station, for a ticket scan before entry. After your flight, and if your ticket includes it, head to the cruise departure point just a short walk away, on the other side of the station.

What to expect

This immersive attraction takes you on a multi-sensory journey through Dutch history, featuring engaging shows and a lifelike 5D flight simulation.

Features

5D Flight Experience: Glide over Dutch landmarks, including UNESCO-listed windmills and Amsterdam’s canals, with special effects that make you feel like you’re truly flying.

Pre-recorded shows: Learn about the Netherlands’ history and culture through pre-recorded shows presented in Dutch with English subtitles.

Extras

Enhance your visit with a 1-hour Amsterdam canal cruise, and sail past sights such as the Anne Frank House and Jordaan, with a multilingual audio guide.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking to show at the entrance.

What is not allowed

Cameras are not permitted inside the Flight Experience.

Pregnant women, individuals shorter than 1 meter, and children under 4 years old are not allowed to participate in the Flight Experience.

Guests with heart or circulatory conditions (including pacemakers or cardiovascular diseases), epilepsy, or those recovering from back or neck surgery cannot participate.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the experience.

Large bags and personal belongings are not permitted inside the attraction.

Accessibility

The attraction is wheelchair accessible, with lifts available for guests with mobility needs.

Accessible restrooms are available on-site.

Staff are on hand to assist visitors with mobility requirements.

Additional information

A time slot reservation is required for entry; book your time slot upon arrival in Amsterdam.

Children aged 5–12 and those between 100 and 130 cm must be accompanied by an adult seated next to them during the Flight Experience.

The experience is not suitable for guests with severe motion sickness or vertigo.

The boarding point for the cruise is near Amsterdam Centraal Station.
