There was a staff member who told us about the park, very knowledgeable and friendly . The tickets were very easy obtainable

Was nice scenery. Not cramped at all. Just wished the commentary was there like it was meant to be. Would have been good to have been told something.

Despite the reconstruction work taking place at the time I found that access to most of what I wanted to see and experience was retained. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would venture one suggestion : keep the different age sectors in mind when booking tickers, not everyone is tech savvy.

Our driver Phil was down to earth, full of info, prompt and got us in and set for the activities on the itinerary with no dramas :)

Amazing as always.... HOWEVER, please get your wardens to supervise properly at Philip island and stop people from using camera and trying to climb over barriers to get to the penguins!! There was so many just stood around talking together it was very disappointing and to be honest will put us off from going again because it breaks your heart!

It was a fantastic experience for us! We loved the sound effects and the lighting. The location is excellent for the event.
