A wonderful and memorable way to celebrate a special birthday. Throughout the staff were most attentive, smart knowledgeable, friendly and polite.

We loved the experience. Headout's instructions to the meeting point were clear and accurate. The event was well organized and worth the price. Our your guide Hilly Grace was professiinal and fun.

Great value for money and a wonderful experience. Drinks, entertainment and food were much better than expected and got some good photos too.

Plenty of tea, lots of food, kind staff, ticketing was very easy. Weirdly the email told us to print the tickets but a digital copy on the phone would have sufficed. Technically, we didn't even need that as we only had to give out name.

The monument was beautiful and what made it even better, was learning of it's history from Peter, our guide. He is knowledgeable and his wit and humour made the tour even more fun.

The meet up was very organized! We loved the special preview with the Beefeaters and really valued being the first into the crown jewel area. Our guide Richard was great and I loved being able to hear him speak with the headsets.
