Barcelona for first-timers

Everything was perfect—the tickets and the audio guide. The Sagrada Familia was spectacular; a wonderful experience. I’ll recommend it to my friends—it was excellent.

The tour was a guided one with fast-track access. This is the first time I’ve bought tickets with a guide, and I realize just how much information I’ve been missing all this time. Although I do my research when buying tickets for various attractions, what I learned from our guide was nothing like what I’d read. Both the interior and exterior have a fantastic story behind them. It was an experience that was well worth it!

I really liked everything about the tour. It was very informative, and the sight is stunning. Antoni Gaudi is so interesting and artistic.

The bus tour was an incredible experience—you literally get to see all of Barcelona. I recommend studying the map beforehand and getting off at the stops that interest you most. If you download the City Tour app, you can see where the bus is coming from so you don’t end up waiting in vain at the stop. I also recommend the 48-hour tour—there are so many beautiful places. We spent two hours just at the MNAC, and we only managed to see half of it, and then we continued with the tour. Excellent app, and I recommend getting tickets in advance—not for the tour, since there’s always availability, but the other sites sell out quickly.

The park was a surprise. I thought it would be very different, featuring the architect’s designs. However, the designs were connected to nature and interacted with it… each trail invites us to see things in a new light and discover a unique beauty at every turn.

It was amazing to see this cathedral almost finished. And see the light coming in through all these amazing coloured windows. Also the walk down from one of the towers was amazing
