It was very nice, but one hour in the Adam Look is very short for 2 drinks. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get upstairs after entering and you have to be back downstairs 15 minutes before the ship departs. That leaves 30 minutes for upstairs, which is very short if you want to see everything. The tour was really great and informative. Unfortunately there are no headphones, contrary to the advertisement, an English version comes over the loudspeakers - other languages via cell phone (if you don't have headphones with you, you have to listen to it loudly). All in all a great experience. Beautiful view in the Panorama Restaurant and beautiful views on the canal cruise.

It was a visit to a beautiful place, with ample space, and really explained in an extraordinary way. We were really enraptured. Perhaps the only downside was that there was no explanation in our language.

It was very nice. Me and my husband were there on April 11. Lots of flowers! That was a beautiful experience. 85 percent of all flowers are blooming!

Everything worked well ! The schedules for the four trips were on time, the seats were very comfortable and the overall flexibility is great - much better and cheaper and faster and more comfortable than flying

We took the extended tour giving more time at each location which was very good. My reason for giving 4 stars not five My wife walks with a walking stick, only during our tour of Volendam, the forth visit of five did my wife's ability ability come up when we needed to take a flight of stairs. Later in the Volendam visit we had a fairly long walk back to the bus. My wife is not able to walk fast and the tour guide and other tourists made it back to the bus a few minutes ahead of my wife and my self. Only then did the tour guide appear to come back to see where we were. The tour guide then gave an alternative option during the Marken visit which means not having to walk around Marken. Unfortunately because of how fast my wife had tried to walk in Volendam, she was not able to walk at pace in Marken. My feedback is that the tour guides need to be much more aware of physical abilities. A walking stick is used for a reason. Why was no attempt made to find out what, if any, limitations that person had? The walk back to the bus in Volendsm was a straight walk along a path. The tour guide could have been more aware and pointed this out allowing more time for my wife to get back to the bus. Had this been the case, my wife would have had the ability to walk around Marken. The day was very good but, for us, it was spoilt by the lack of care and attention
