I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing The Phantom of the Opera in the West End, and it was nothing short of breathtaking. From the very first moment, the production drew me into a world full of mystery, romance, and dramatic beauty. The atmosphere was incredibly immersive. The stage design and lighting created a magical environment that felt both grand and intimate at the same time. One of the most memorable aspects was the creative use of movement and scenery—especially the stunning “flying” decorations and set pieces, which added a sense of wonder and elegance to the entire performance. These moments were truly enchanting and enhanced the storytelling in a unique and unforgettable way. The performance itself was outstanding. The cast delivered powerful and emotional interpretations of their roles, supported by the iconic music that makes this musical so timeless. Equally worth mentioning was the friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled professionally and with genuine warmth, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, The Phantom of the Opera in the West End is a spectacular production that combines artistic excellence with a magical atmosphere. It is an experience I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable evening of theatre.

I finally got to see *Phantom of the Opera* on the West End, and it genuinely lived up to everything people say about it. Walking into the theatre already felt special, but once the music started, it completely pulled me in. The chandelier moment was just as dramatic as everyone hypes it up to be, and the set design made everything feel immersive without being over the top. What stood out most was how emotional it felt live — you could really feel the tension between the characters in a way that recordings don’t quite capture. The Phantom himself was intense but also surprisingly vulnerable. It’s one of those shows where you forget you’re sitting in a theatre and just get absorbed into the story. Definitely worth seeing at least once.

Absolutely everything! We were greeted outside by a member of staff who guided us and helped with no hesitation, she took us through a side entrance as my mum has disabilities, and was very lovely. Once we were seated we brought the books which was reasonably priced and the man selling was very patient with us. The performance was so magical and well perfomed it made us all cry and we actually forgot were we was, as we were so drawn in by it all. The venue was beautiful and we will definitely be coming back to see another. Well done to all who made my mums 60th birthday extra special and a unforgettable day. Thank you so much for making dreams come true

*The Phantom of the Opera* is a classic in the world of musical theater. The music composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber is simply magnificent. Moreover, the singers are sublime. What voices! Special mention goes to the actor playing the Phantom (Dean Chisnall). A deep, rich voice, mastering both forte and pianissimo, paired with excellent acting. Christine (Beatrice Penny-Touré) was vocally a notch below, but her acting was top-notch. Everyone else was perfect. This performance will stay with me forever.

Likely the best musical I've seen yet. The actors were amazing, the singing was phenomenal, the set left me in awe. All the scenes were so well done and paced. Although the show is around 2.5 hours with a break in between, it felt more like 1.5 hours. It didn't feel dragged out, and not even for one moment was I bored or hoping it finishes. If anything I would've loved it to be longer so that beautiful night wouldn't end. I'd recommend it 100% and the price is so worth it, even the balcony seats which are reasonably cheaper had a great view! Loved it

The performance I attended last week was unforgettable. The actress playing Christine had an astounding voice, the orchestra was excellent, and the set and choreography were mesmerizing. But I'm especially grateful to the fantastic staff who allowed me to slip into my seat although I had missed the start time by about 10 minutes. My Apple Maps had gotten me turned around, and I was so sure I was going to miss the play entirely. Seeing Phantom was a highlight of my London visit, and you made my evening.

The seat E28 for watching The Phantom of the Opera was overall great. The view was very good, though a small part of the right side of the stage was slightly obstructed unless you leaned forward a bit. Despite that, the €90 price was absolutely worth it for the ticket, the seat, and especially the amazing show!

I have just watched The Phantom of the Opera in London, and I was genuinely surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. I would strongly recommend it — it really feels like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The storytelling was immersive and beautifully presented, allowing the audience to feel completely drawn into the world of the show. The performers were incredibly dedicated, and their acting and singing were deeply expressive and emotionally powerful. What impressed me the most was the stage design. The sets were stunning, extremely detailed, and perfectly integrated with the theatre itself. Everything — the story, the performances, the music, the lighting and the staging — came together almost flawlessly. The theatre felt quite warm during the performance, so I can only imagine how demanding it must have been for the cast on stage. I sincerely appreciate the hard work, professionalism and dedication of all the performers and staff who made the show possible. The audience kept applauding throughout the performance, and by the end I still felt I wanted more. My only small regret was that although I had a very good seat in the middle of Row J, a tall audience member in front of me blocked part of my view at times. But overall, it was still an unforgettable experience.
