The Shard is an absolute must see when visiting London\. The views are spectacular, the building is seriously impressive, and standing so high above the city makes you feel like you own London—until you discover the toilets! Yes, the toilets deserve their own tourist attraction. Imagine sitting there, admiring the breathtaking panoramic view of London through a huge floor to ceiling window, while simultaneously wondering whether you’re actually enjoying the view… or accidentally starring in someone else’s? It’s an extraordinary experience: nature calls, London answers, and you’re left hoping nobody in a nearby building has a pair of binoculars or worse, a very good camera lens. Forget the London Eye; this is sightseeing with a whole new perspective. Seriously though, The Shard is spectacular and the views are unforgettable. Just remember to take in the scenery before heading to the bathroom and perhaps give the neighbouring buildings a quick scan first. **Tourist must see: 10/10**

Very nice view from all 3 floors - 69th , 33th and 32 nd floor. If given a chance I would definitely go there again. Just wanted to say that I would have liked to go on the top floor which is for staff just to see the view from the top. Staff were friendly. I did have my tickets that were not scanning and I had to go to upstairs ticket office to get them reprinted. This took alot of their time but I managed to get it done. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Beautiful view.

The actual view is also e obviously but the guys, Zia and Chris were great, giving us a potted history in a funny but informative way. I'll reckoned for sure. The walk over the O2 was great too. The climb guide was friendly and informative. The walk itself was good, views impressive. We'd been to a gig the night before so that made it even more cool. Again I'll recommend. And for the deal we got on the combined ticket, great value for money.

The entry to the venue was very easy with friendly and welcoming staff. The staggered entry to levels 68 and above is ideal rather than having everyone stampeded through at the same time. We had the VIP booking with champagne which made the experience even more enjoyable while taking in the amazing views from all angles of the top floors. Would highly recommend and likely to return again in the future!

Great experience. The best views of London. It has indoor and outdoor viewing decks. You can have a drink or grab a bite to eat during the experience. You have to use the restrooms — they are an experience in themselves. The only downside is the entrance, as it is a bit confusing when you arrive. They should make it clearer that you access it through the passage under the plaza.

We had an amazing trip to The Shard in London! The views from the top were absolutely breathtaking. From the extremely smooth ride in the lifts, to the expansive views availble over the city, the helpful staff and the ability to relax and enjoy the sceneary, this is an opportunity not to be missed. Enjoy a fancy drink, a coffee or maybe an ice cream or cake whist high above one of the oldest cities in the world and don't forget you can take that special picture for your memories.

Lunch at The Shard was a delight for all the senses—and an experience that began long before the first bite. The spectacular views of London, stretching across the Thames and encompassing the iconic London Bridge, would have been reason enough to visit. But once we stepped into the dining room, the experience became even more memorable. The views inside and out were a feast for the eyes, creating the perfect appetizer for the wonderful meal to come. It was my husband’s birthday, and I wanted to treat him to more than simply a delicious lunch—I wanted to give him a truly special experience. The food certainly delivered. Everything was beautifully presented, flavorful, and generous, making the occasion feel even more celebratory. We enjoyed every aspect of our visit, from the breathtaking setting to the attentive service and, of course, the food. The entire experience was exceptional, and we have already decided that The Shard will be our destination of choice for lunch or dinner whenever we return to London.

Hey, i m Lovely Singh I visited The Shard in London on 22nd August, and it was honestly an amazing experience. I have been living in the UK for the past two years, but I only got the opportunity to visit The Shard after two years, which made the experience even more special. The view from the top was absolutely breathtaking. Seeing London from such a height was something I will never forget. Everything was well organised, the atmosphere was great, and the whole experience was worth it. I’m really glad I finally got the chance to visit The Shard after waiting for two years. Additional partial closures of areas within the viewing platforms may also occur.

Level 72 will remain closed throughout the maintenance period.
