This is such an excellent experience. London as u can't imagine from ground level and fabulous staff and merchandise. Refreshments at the Viewing floors are not exorbitant cost either. Arrival and exit are smooth and easy too. Highly recommend!

Wow travel down from Birmingham with daughters and it was magical especially with champagne and mocktails so high up, this is the tallest building in Europe after all...spectacular views of the capital amazing 😀

The staff were fantastic I was nervous but a man took me in the lift I got my champagne and I was fine, the view & skyline was so worth it thanks again to the man who helped me amazing.

The whole impression was super nice ... The view was breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We walked past the entrance when leaving the subway station ...🤠But then quickly found it... right at the exit of the station. We had ordered our tickets online at short notice via our partner, Headout ... It worked wonderfully. A visit is worthwhile in any case.

Micheal, the shard knowledgeable guide. Micheal answered a question that my grandson asked him, of which fancinated my grandson. He told us lots of things that we would not have known if he hadn't told us. He captivated our attention with his kind way and being informative at the same time We then had to leave for our Chinese meal booked on the 33rd floor and again if it wasn't for micheal we would not have found how to get there Michael made such a impact to my grandson Jesse that he wants to do his job when he's older This was a birthday treat for Jesse on his 12th birthday. What a truly amazing day we had at the Shard From the guides on the way in,the bar people of course Micheal and our Chinese meal it was truly fantastic Kaz
