Lunch at The Shard was a delight for all the senses—and an experience that began long before the first bite. The spectacular views of London, stretching across the Thames and encompassing the iconic London Bridge, would have been reason enough to visit. But once we stepped into the dining room, the experience became even more memorable. The views inside and out were a feast for the eyes, creating the perfect appetizer for the wonderful meal to come. It was my husband’s birthday, and I wanted to treat him to more than simply a delicious lunch—I wanted to give him a truly special experience. The food certainly delivered. Everything was beautifully presented, flavorful, and generous, making the occasion feel even more celebratory. We enjoyed every aspect of our visit, from the breathtaking setting to the attentive service and, of course, the food. The entire experience was exceptional, and we have already decided that The Shard will be our destination of choice for lunch or dinner whenever we return to London.

Hey, i m Lovely Singh I visited The Shard in London on 22nd August, and it was honestly an amazing experience. I have been living in the UK for the past two years, but I only got the opportunity to visit The Shard after two years, which made the experience even more special. The view from the top was absolutely breathtaking. Seeing London from such a height was something I will never forget. Everything was well organised, the atmosphere was great, and the whole experience was worth it. I’m really glad I finally got the chance to visit The Shard after waiting for two years. It was a memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend visiting it to anyone exploring London. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely amazing!!! One of the best things I have done. Took my daughter for a birthday treat and was not disappointed. The views are stunning. We went as the sun was setting so we got the best of both day and night views. We will definitely go again and take the rest of the family. The staff were really attentive and very polite and friendly. Very clean and well looked after. Was not too crowded and had spectacular views from every angle. It's a must!!! Amazing experience. Loved it!

Great visit. Brilliant, helpful staff. Fantastic view of London. Surprisingly , reasonably priced ice creams. Great that there were vegan choices for our dairy free, 7 year old Grandson. Made his day that he could have a cone and lookout at Westminster Palace. We would have missed the level 68 toilet experience if it had not been for a lovely staff member saying we really should go. 🤣. All in all a great exoerience.

I booked at short notice on the eclipse day , staff all pleasant and ensuring safety while viewing the eclipse with regular updates on progress . Great deal on champagne to celebrate the event so had 2 glasses , well it's a lifetime event . The provision of glasses for those who hadn't got them was much appreciated , the view of London and passing air traffic was spectacular too . Won't forget this day

This may affect guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users, as alternative step-free routes will not be available during these times.

Additional partial closures of areas within the viewing platforms may also occur.

Level 72 will remain closed throughout the maintenance period.
