The experience as a whole is really complete : the management of the line is made so that you don't have to wait long before entering the building the personnalizable pictures taken before taking the lift really add a special touch to the experience the view is really breathtaking, you can also add a drink since orders are permitted at the 68th floor the details provided by the guides at the top of the tower really allows you to learn more about London, not only having an incredible view ! Overall a really unique and must do activity when you travel to London, or even if you're a local, to deepen your knowledge of this beautiful city !

Our visit to the shard was really good. It was my husbands birthday so it was nice to have the champagne package! I was a little concerned we would not see many landmarks due to very cloudy/ foggy weather, however we were pleasantly surprised and saw much more than expected!. It was also nice that when we went it was not overcrowded, however they could with more seating. The staff are lovely and we would love to come back for an evening experience with the city of london lit up at night!

The visit is easy to do, with a good arrival and welcome. The staff was very attentive. It's a self-guided tour but very well organized. The building and surroundings are very modern and architecturally interesting. The only drawback was the weather: visibility wasn't good, the sky was overcast, and it wasn't very impressive. They gave us a ticket that can be used throughout 2026. Since we're visiting London for a week, we'll try again.

No line, but a great view! Too bad the second floor was closed; check that out. Because of that, it was a bit crowded and there was no place to grab a drink, unfortunately. Thanks to the beautiful weather, the view was phenomenal! We walked from Tower Bridge to The Shard. It was a really nice walk along the water, too! Highly recommended

The view has amazing view of skylines and london castle and tower bridge. It is almost above on london bridge station where you can see vast train platform. There is a bar over there, and can enjoy drinks. No other engaging activity or any suchthibg describing the idea of building that etc. was there.

The Shard is easily one of the most iconic landmarks in London and a must-visit if you want to experience the city from a completely different perspective. 🏙️ The building itself is stunning — its glass design looks incredible both during the day and when it lights up at night. The highlight is definitely The View from The Shard. From the top floors, you get breathtaking 360° views of London, and on a clear day you can see for miles. Spotting landmarks like the Thames, Tower Bridge, and St Paul’s from above is an amazing experience. 📸 The atmosphere inside is modern and well organised. The lifts are very fast and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are also bars and restaurants where you can enjoy drinks or food while taking in the view, which makes the visit feel even more special. 🍸 The only downside is that tickets and dining can be quite expensive, so it might not be something you do regularly. However, for a special occasion or for visitors seeing London for the first time, it’s absolutely worth it.

I recently visited The View from The Shard, and it was honestly one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had in London. There will be no stair free access between Levels 68 and 69 between April 6 and May 31, 2026.

This may affect guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users, as alternative step-free routes will not be available during these times.

Additional partial closures of areas within the viewing platforms may also occur.

Level 72 will remain closed throughout the maintenance period.
