Highly recommended. You can't go to London and not go up the London Eye to take in the amazing 180° views—they're breathtaking! And the cruise on the Thames was fantastic, well guided and covering all the city's must-sees! An incredible experience!

The ticket purchasing process was simple and quick! The views from the London Eye were great. The River Cruise was good although it was a one-way cruise, which wasn't overly club the description. Highly recommend using Headout for your tours!

I love that they had all the key moments from the series , the rooms was recreated perfectly the letter from Rachel in the bñue light making it more emotional , i loved that they put the board with nice work chandler in the middle , i was not able to watch the series the same way after Mathew Perry's death. The huggsy in the gift shop (to quote Janice) OH MY GOD soooo cuuute . All in all a very great experience interactive with lots of cool photo spots

I had the best time at the Friends™ Experience, the attention to detail is unreal. From Rachel’s 18-page letter and the apartments to Hugsy and Joey’s fridge, it truly felt like stepping onto the set. One of my favorite moments was picking up the red London phone booth and unexpectedly hearing Phoebe on the other end, it completely cracked me up. The staff were lovely and the whole atmosphere was warm and friendly.

The London eye had amazing sights and not a long wait. If you have time to do this experience it's a must see on your list for London. As for the Thames cruise we ran out of time and couldn't use it so only get it if you know you will have time to use the combo pass to both attractions I tried to get a different time but policy is strict. The customer service was nice nonetheless when I asked them.

Really enjoyed the London Eye experience. Would rate that higher. I thought I had bought a River Crusie with this ticket but this tunred out to be a ONE WAY river trip to a distanation I did not want to go to. Be careful which ticket you buy as I feel a bit ripped OFF becuase of this.
