The route from the arrivals hall to the Heathrow Express is well marked and easy to find. Trains run on time and at regular intervals. A convenient and fast way (without traffic) to get to central London.

After a 21 hour flight from Austraila and having to catch a connecting train from Paddington, knowing this train was so regular and fast, was stress free. The app was super easy to use, while on the go.

This was my first time on the euro star going to Paris. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the terminal, the professional service of staff, the comfortable clean coaches and the wonderful lunch I wish our train service in the states was as comparable

The ticket worked fine and got us from Heathrow to Paddington. Our only problem was that the train itself was not functioning and until we questioned a supervisor we were not sure why we were being turned away. We waited 45 minutes until the train was running again and used it with no problem.

I went to London for the first time for a couple of days and it was amazing how the metro system works. Easy and clear to understand even for tourists. I'm Glad I decided to visit the United Kingdom. Cheers!
