Spa was great had the luck of a sunny day. Outdoor thermal.pool was excellent had to wait to grab a seat on steps as it was busy. Adventure pool was shut which we were aware of. Swim pool was empty so had free space to swim. Indoor pools couple were a bit grimmy but didn't overly affect experience. Saunas etc ok. Gastro Cellar bit of a pointless addition.

It was a lovely relaxing place even though it seemed so so busy! Lots of choice of pools and the warm baths were heaven! Lots of sunbeds to chill out and reasonable priced drinks and food. Very well attended by staff and very clean in all areas. Had a wonderful day here. Queue waiting for the prepaid tickets was extremely long but moved at a decent pace. We only had about 4ims waiting and that was at 230pm. Definitely prepay though and plan to get there early if you don't want queue. Otherwise have patience and you'll still get in with plenty of choice of beds and pools
