Totally recommended! We spent 3 very pleasant and relaxing hours here. First in the outdoor pools—the warmest one was phenomenal, so soothing—and the indoor pools were magnificent too. Even though it was crowded, the complex is so large that you can really enjoy yourself. I would definitely visit again.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience visiting Széchenyi Thermal Spa in Budapest! Booking our tickets through Headout was incredibly easy, quick, and convenient. The entire process was smooth and well organized, making our visit completely stress-free. The spa itself was beautiful, with stunning architecture, warm thermal pools, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and experience one of Budapest’s most famous attractions. The outdoor pools were especially enjoyable, and the whole experience felt unique and memorable. Everything was easy to understand, and having our tickets arranged in advance made the day even better. We had such a lovely time and truly enjoyed every moment of our visit. A truly wonderful experience at Budapest's Széchenyi Baths! The outdoor pools are spectacular, especially with the contrast between the warm water and the outside temperature. The facility is charming and offers several pools to relax in. Admission with Headout was smooth and hassle-free. The only downside: some areas are a bit crowded and the changing rooms could be managed better. Overall, an experience I definitely recommend to anyone visiting Budapest!

We arrived at 2:00 PM, and the reception was quick. Once inside, we went to the changing rooms. Immediately after, we headed to the thermal pool; the water was perfect. Another positive note was the saunas.

The boat trip was quite good, but with its drawbacks. It was scheduled for 20:00, and when we got there they told us 20:30. It is nice and the app explains things (even if it doesn't work perfectly). I think it's a good trip, but not essential. Széchenyi would be a must-visit if it were in optimal condition. Everything is very run-down and many pools are unavailable. A total disaster. Bring everything with you. Inside is a total rip-off... towel, flip-flops, food, drink... I guess the experience would be better in winter...

As of August 1, 2025, entry to the bath is not permitted for anyone under the age of 14.

The last entry is allowed up to one hour before closing, and all pools and surrounding areas must be vacated 20 minutes before closing time.

Wearing slippers in the spa area is mandatory for all guests.

The light sauna and the volcano sauna are temporarily out of service due to technical issues.

Your hop-on hop-off ticket includes a free Danube River cruise, valid throughout your pass until 5pm; a small fee of 2,000 HUF applies for later departures.

The boat tour operates with a minimum of 10 passengers.
