Well organised with good security all through. So it felt very safe. It was clean and staff were very helpful in giving directions.

Many people, the saunas overcrowded and non-stop people coming in and out. The floors of the changing cabins were very wet and dirty, there was a lack of people cleaning. The place is spectacular, and a must visit in the city.

The pools were clean, the jacuzzi was great. For the price it is expensive for what you are really there for. The workers were very nice and patient to explain things to us. In the pictures it's more impressive than when you walk in....

It is good but it lacks maintenance, the pools are moldy and when I went there they were very full. However, it is very relaxing.
