Mall Main Entrance (General Access)

Located at the ground-level main doors facing the primary drop-off area of Dubai Hills Mall, this is the simplest arrival point for most visitors coming by taxi, rideshare, or private car. It is best for first-time visitors because once inside, you can follow signs toward the central atrium or entertainment area, where the Storm Coaster structure is clearly visible. Waiting here is usually limited to general mall security screening. The entrance has step-free access, wide doors, and elevator access inside the mall.

Storm Coaster Internal Entrance / Ticket Desk

This is the actual ride entry point inside Dubai Hills Mall’s central atrium on Level G. All riders use this entrance, whether they are scanning an online ticket or buying on-site. If you already have an e-ticket, staff scan it here before you join the boarding queue; walk-in visitors may first need to wait at the ticket desk, then enter the ride line. Staff also check height and health restrictions, and bags and loose items must be placed in lockers or storage before boarding. Queue lanes are reported to be relatively narrow, and ride-specific wheelchair transfer policies are not clearly published.
