The tour was very informative and our guide lucia was so lovely and warm & welcoming. She was great at remembering everyones name too. Lucia was a wealth of knowledge about Vatican city. She guided us through early where we got great seats to see the Pope. A wonderful experience.

Buying the tickets was very easy, and we received them via the app using the QR code, which we showed at the reception desk. Even though we arrived 10 minutes late, we were still able to get in. We used the same ticket to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, and the entire tour included an audio guide in Portuguese. I highly recommend Headout’s services.
