Our visit to St Paul's Cathedral in London was a truly remarkable experience for us from Australia. Our guide Mary was very engaging in presenting the cathedral's history throughout the several hundred years of its lifespan. We climbed the 520 stairs to the top of the dome for a magnificent vista from the outside. The crypt too was fascinating to explore. The highlight however, was the sung Eucharist evensong service which we attended as a Christian married couple. Being a music duo as well made the service particularly special given the incredible reverberation time in this building!

It was our first visit to the London Eye and we really enjoyed it. The weather was perfect for getting amazing views of London. The one day unlimited boat trim on the Thames was the icing on the cake for us. What better way could there be to see so much of London. The boat was comfortable with cafe and toilets. A special shout to the captain that provided a great commentry, both informative and amusing. Great

St. Paul's Cathedral is definitely recommended. It's best to walk straight across the Millennium Bridge and also visit the upper levels (Whispering Gallery, Golden Gallery, Stone Gallery). It's a bit strenuous, but it's well worth it, especially for the view.
