The tour guide was very informative and provided us all with great background on the history of the Doge's Palace. However, the weather (heat/humidity) forced us to leave the tour early. We were wilting.

Our tour guide Michaela was wonderful. She was very informative with good details about both Doge Palace and the Basilics. I really liked the audio devices. It really helped me hear everything that she was saying without having to stand right next to her. I do recommend going on as early a tour as possible. We went at 8:30am, and there were no crowds at all when we first started.

Very well organised with a most informative and personable guide, local Venetian Grazia.This was expensive for a family but definitely worth the money for the convenience of being led straight into the sites and for all we learnt.
