Our tour guide Michaela was wonderful. She was very informative with good details about both Doge Palace and the Basilics. I really liked the audio devices. It really helped me hear everything that she was saying without having to stand right next to her. I do recommend going on as early a tour as possible. We went at 8:30am, and there were no crowds at all when we first started.

The tour guide was incredibly well organized, and her storytelling was top-notch. She was really entertaining as she explained all the fascinating stories. I’m someone who can get tired of history pretty easily, but she was so good that she inspired me to go read more about it.

It was easy to find each other at the meeting point; that said, at certain times it would have been better to use headphones, since it was hard to hear the guide’s voice over the crowd.

Our tour guide Alissia, but fabulous. She was so knowledgeable, she was able to answer everyone's questions. And the stories that she told were so interesting. She definitely knows her history of Venice, and she was so good about keeping our whole group together. I am handicapped walking with a cane, and she was wonderful about making sure that I was kept up with the group that she found me a chair to sit in,. If it was available. She was very easy to understand her English was so good. We are so glad that we chose this tour to go on. It was beyond my expectations.

Everything was well organized, on time, and clearly explained, and whenever we had questions, we always got an answer. The guide was calm and didn’t rush, so we could really enjoy the tour. We were missing a ticket for the Correr Museum. No problem. It was taken care of. A big thank you, and keep up the great work.
