Dubai Garden Glow

• Professional shoots, including engagements, weddings, modeling, TV ads, and other events require prior approval from the management office.

• The management reserves the right to expel any visitor found posing threats to park assets or involved in misconduct.

• Any damages arising due to negligence or non-compliance with the mentioned instructions shall be the sole responsibility of the visitor and their companions.

• Dubai Garden Glow reserves the right to change park timings and temporarily close shows and attractions for safety and maintenance without prior notice or compensation.

• Dubai Garden Glow has permanently moved within Zabeel Park. The new location is at Gate 3, Area A (next to Dubai Frame).

• Dubai Garden Glow now operates during daytime hours. The park will be open from 10am to 9pm daily.

AYA Universe

• Facilities: Parking, free WiFi, prayer room.

• Re-entry into the venue is not permitted.

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• Please take note of the timings: Sunday - Thursday: 10am - 10pm; Friday - Saturday: 10am - 12am. Last entry is 1 hour before closing.

• Respectful attire that covers your torso, shoulders, legs, and knees must be worn by guests at all times.

• The management reserves the right to expel any visitor found posing threats to park assets or involved in misconduct.

• The venue reserves the right to change opening times or temporarily close attractions for safety or maintenance without prior notice or compensation.

• Smoking is only allowed at officially designated smoking areas within the venue.

• Children aged under 3, senior citizens over the age of 65, and People of Determination ID card holders along with 1 companion, can enter free of charge (at select venues).

• Entry gates may close before the official closing time; check timings in advance.

• Skip-the-line tickets do not include the option to skip security lines.

• Large bags and strollers must be kept at designated counters where applicable.

• The venue is a tourist destination where filming and photography can occur at any time. By entering, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you wish to avoid this, please inform the staff upon entry.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please arrive at the redemption point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
