The London Pass® by Go City: Access to 100+ Attractions

I had lots of trouble using the app in London. It just wouldn't work for me. At home in the U.S., I was able to set up all of my reservations with ease. However, when I got to London to begin using my pass, the app claimed I didn't have one, which was not true. I tried several times to link my pass to the app but it never showed up. So, I got on the chat with customer support and they advised that I delete the app, reinstall it, and try syncing my pass with the app again. That worked, but for that day only. The next day I had another reservation scheduled, and again, the app refused to show my pass. This time, I got smart and took a picture of it for later use. I’m not sure why the app resets itself every day. It made for lots of frustration. The friend that I was traveling with also had the exact same issues with the app. Clearly there’s something wrong with it. Also, some of the information on your website is misleading as to when reservations are required. For example, at Up on the O2 your website states that reservations are not required. However, this is completely wrong. When we got to the booth to check-in for the walk, we were told that because we didn’t have a reservation there was no space for us that day. This meant that we had to miss out on this attraction. Had we made a reservation, we would have gotten in no problem. But, your website advised us that it was not necessary. This should be updated. Another issue is that there are too many numbers at the beginning, which makes for difficult pass syncing. There is an order number, confirmation number, pass number, all of which are different from one another and come from different places. Why? There should be one number that works across the board. Simple is always better. Another issue I had is that I think it would be nice to be able to make reservations for multiple people at the same time. If I sync a friend's pass, I should be able to make a reservation for that friend at the same time I am making a reservation for myself. I was always concerned that I would be able to get into the attraction, but my friend would not because we were making reservations one at a time. I was able to sync my friend’s pass, but was not able to figure out how to make reservations for him. In the end, it didn’t matter anyway because the app reset itself every day and I had to figure out how to re-sync my pass. So, would I recommend this pass? Maybe. When it works, it’s great. But there are quite a few things wrong with it that prevented me from having a great experience every time. So, three stars is my rating. Also the comment box on your website doesn't move which makes it impossible to to see what I am typing. The "Submit Review" button takes up too much room.

It made life easy and allowed us to experience everything we wanted.
