What to bring

• Children under 4 years require a free gondola ticket, which must be collected before boarding.

What’s not allowed

• Pets are not permitted, except for registered assistance animals.

• Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• Large bags, suitcases, and bulky items may not be allowed inside the gondola for safety reasons.

Accessibility

• Holders of Companion and Carers Cards may be accompanied by their carer/attendant free of charge.
