This is our 2nd visit to Singapore Zoo last was in 2014 and it's more amazing them before, grounds are so well managed, zoo is easy to get around and anaimals habitats replicate the conditions of there outside environments. Highly recommended

Had an amazing day at Singapore Zoo! The variety of animals and birds from around the world is truly incredible, and the beautifully maintained enclosures make the experience even more enjoyable. The tram ride was such a fun and convenient way to explore the zoo, especially with kids. We were also impressed by how clean and well-organized everything was. From local favourites to international bites, there were plenty of food options to choose from. A special mention to the warm and helpful staff who made our visit smooth and memorable. And thanks to HeadOut for making the booking process seemless! Definitely one of the best family attractions in Singapore!

Headout prompted right after I had booked the tickets on the apps to select the slot. Hadn't I noticed that, I would have missed the slot selection and would have been a disaster .Also the good part is that the nearby attractions within the same park are also recommended so that you don't miss anything.Otherwise the endless co-ordination work with travel agents, slot selection etc would be a chaos.With headout , I see what I get.

I had a great time at the Singapore Zoo. I saw lions and tigers and bears. I watched the monkeys getting fed and saw a gigantic Arapaima jump out of the water to snatch his snack. The panda seemed a bit lonely but was just lazing on the grass.

Your exclusive journey begins at the Wildlife Experiences meeting point, where your personal guide welcomes you. Hop on a private buggy and breeze through the zoo’s iconic zones without the crowds. Spot majestic tigers and playful orangutans, then continue to KidzWorld for an interactive family-friendly experience—or swap it for the Fragile Forest guided tour if you’d like a closer look at rainforest wildlife.

Next, meet gentle giant tortoises for an unforgettable interaction before heading to Wild Africa for a guided tour. The highlight? Hand-feeding giraffes, the tallest residents of the zoo, and capturing some picture-perfect moments.

Singapore Zoo

After the VIP tour, continue exploring the zoo at your own pace. Home to over 4,200 animals across 11 themed zones, the Singapore Zoo is a full-day adventure on its own. Stroll through lush habitats, hop on a tram ride with live commentary, and catch captivating animal shows along the way.

What to bring

Light clothes, comfy shoes, sunscreen, cap, mosquito repellent, and a poncho or umbrella.

Bring a reusable water bottle – refill stations are available.

Arrive early on weekdays or visit in the late afternoon.

Arrive 10–15 mins early: Seats fill up fast, especially for Splash Safari. Grab a good spot without the rush.

What's not allowed

There are prohibited areas in the zoo. Do not venture into these zones for your own safety.

Do not feed or tease the animals living in the zoo.

Stay seated the whole duration of the tram ride.

Feel free to take photos for personal use. Flash photography is not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the zoo. You will find a designated smoking point outside the entrance.

Pets and plants are not allowed inside.

Skate scooters, inline skates, rollerblades, tricycles and pull trolleys are not permitted inside.

Turn off flash photography for animals’ comfort.

Accessibility

Ticketing machines (TM), nursing & diaper changing rooms, lost and found, free wifi, stoller, wheelchair access, lockers, prayer rooms, rain gears, first-aid stations, luggage storage are available at the venue.
