This is our 2nd visit to Singapore Zoo last was in 2014 and it's more amazing them before, grounds are so well managed, zoo is easy to get around and anaimals habitats replicate the conditions of there outside environments. Highly recommended

We had visited 3 Mandai Wildlife parks. Singapore Zoo, River Wonders and the Night Safari. My kid is 5 years old and he enjoyed all of them. They way they are treating the animals in all 3 parks is excellent. The staff is there is well trained and well knowledgable.

I had a great time at the Singapore Zoo. I saw lions and tigers and bears. I watched the monkeys getting fed and saw a gigantic Arapaima jump out of the water to snatch his snack. The panda seemed a bit lonely but was just lazing on the grass.

Had an amazing day at Singapore Zoo! The variety of animals and birds from around the world is truly incredible, and the beautifully maintained enclosures make the experience even more enjoyable. The tram ride was such a fun and convenient way to explore the zoo, especially with kids. We were also impressed by how clean and well-organized everything was. Enter Singapore Zoo with your ticket and hop on the complimentary tram for easy travel across the park. The recorded commentary shares fun animal facts and stories as you ride between zones.

What to expect

11 zones to explore: Wander through Wild Africa, Australasia, Fragile Forest, the Great Rift Valley of Ethiopia, Primate Kingdom, Treetops Trail, Reptile Kingdom, KidzWorld, RepTopia, Tortoise Shell-ter, and Orangutan Island & Boardwalk.

Important note

Booking your preferred entry date for the Singapore Zoo admission ticket is mandatory. Please follow the instructions on the booking voucher to reserve your preferred date.

What to bring

Light clothes, comfy shoes, sunscreen, cap, mosquito repellent, and a poncho or umbrella.

Bring a reusable water bottle – refill stations are available.

Arrive early on weekdays or visit in the late afternoon.

Arrive 10–15 mins early: Seats fill up fast, especially for Splash Safari. Grab a good spot without the rush.

What's not allowed

There are prohibited areas in the zoo. Do not venture into these zones for your own safety.

Do not feed or tease the animals living in the zoo.

Stay seated the whole duration of the tram ride.

Feel free to take photos for personal use. Flash photography is not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the zoo. You will find a designated smoking point outside the entrance.

Pets and plants are not allowed inside.

Skate scooters, inline skates, rollerblades, tricycles and pull trolleys are not permitted inside.

Turn off flash photography for animals’ comfort.

Accessibility

Ticketing machines (TM), nursing & diaper changing rooms, lost and found, free wifi, stoller, wheelchair access, lockers, prayer rooms, rain gears, first-aid stations, luggage storage are available at the venue.
