Myself and family enjoyed night safari, river wonders, bird paradise's. The staff at mentioned location are excellent service tip top. But my experience with Singapore zoo was so disappointed. My brother has health issues where he cant walk long distances and most of the time for almost all the rides he was on wheelchair . While waiting for tram the staff ask my brother with another family member to wait at a corner while we all que when the tram arrive he was not given any priority to board and ask us to board back tram while all the person queing given tram at the first row. Steps was not ready dispite mentioned earlier and when requested again staff went to tke by the time my brother has already climbed using his stick and slowly sit. To the management at Singapore zoo for those who has limited opportunity to walk around the zoo i would like to suggest to bring the tram at a slower space for us to view the animal . The tram was moving continuously it feel like all the animal showed just at one glance. The audio and the animal showed was not synchronised. Please consider elderly, those wheelchair bound or even a healthy human who juz want to watch animal but in a very relaxed way. We left zoo in less then 1 hours as the staff and environment was 👎🏻.Leonie
