• Pickup/drop-off in Jurong, Woodland, or Malaysian border areas: extra charge of SGD 20 per vehicle, payable to the driver.

• For airport pickup: provide flight details at least 24 hours in advance, or no refund will be provided.

• For cruise port pickup: provide cruise name at least 24 hours in advance.

• Luggage must be declared in advance to ensure vehicle capacity.

• 100% cancellation fee if booking is canceled 1 day or less before the event.

• 0% cancellation fee if booking is canceled more than 1 day in advance.
