Entry was smooth, the exhibit leading into the flyer was extraordinary! There were many workers along the way to ask questions too! The flyer itself was an amazing experience. Only challenge was needing to download the app to access the tickets which I didn't know until we arrived! What a beautiful city! And what an extraordinary way to see it!!

Regardless of your age 5 to 75 years of age this entire ticket was amazing value from sky High views to walking with dinosaurs 🦕 being with nature in blooming gardens and dazzling light shows this ticket provided it all. Thank you with a massive smile to all concerned.

From arrival until the time we left we were treated like VIPs. The whole experience was wonderful. The chocolates were delicious as were the Singapore Slings but the view from the gondolas was breathtaking. Would certainly recommend the experience.

The city is beautiful at night. Even though it was raining there was good visibility. Each capsule was comfortable and climate controlled. It was a really fun experience even before boarding.

Enjoy a smooth 30-min rotation in a spacious, air-conditioned capsule.

Smoking, inappropriate dress (such as swimwear or overly revealing clothing), and professional photo or video equipment without prior permission are also not allowed.

The Singapore Flyer experience is wheelchair accessible.

Prams and strollers are allowed inside the capsule.

Additional information

You can download the app upon arrival to explore nearby landmarks and cultural icons with augmented reality (AR), snap fun photos, and earn rewards, all exclusively from within the Singapore Flyer capsule.

Admission requirements state that all guests must check in at the VIP Lounge (Level 1) before their scheduled flight time.

The Time Capsule has been transformed into a fully immersive pre-flight experience. Admission to the Singapore Flyer now begins at Level 1 of the retail terminal building.

Level 2: Peranakan Walk, Red Dot, Garden City Playground
