The booking was easy. Great to bd able to select a specific time slot. On arrival, there were people available to retrieve booking and show you where to go. Once up at the observation deck, the signage and boards were really clear and I liked the past photos to compare what you were looking at with information. Very clear. GREAT VIEWS, SMOOTH ENTRY TO VENUE AND MOST ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE WITH FABULOUS HEIGHT TO SEE SINGAPORE AT IT'S BEST. MY ELDERLY MOTHER AND I REALLY ENJOYED THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.
