It's very peaceful and comfortable; the gondoliers speak a little Spanish, which is great, and they're happy to answer any questions you have about the history—they're very friendly. The woman at the ticket booth also speaks Spanish; she's very friendly and gives clear instructions. Overall, the service is excellent.

The ride was simply amazing! Everything went exactly on schedule, the gondolier was incredibly friendly, and the ride lasted exactly half an hour—just as advertised. I can't recommend it highly enough!

It was truly a wonderful experience. The girl picked us up and took us to the gondola right on time... We didn't have any music, so the guy sang for us with incredible joy... Honestly, it was an incredible price for a one-of-a-kind experience.

The venue did not have me listed. The gondola ride was less than the 39 minutes it was supposed to be. The guide however was informative and entertaining
