I really enjoyed the views and commentary - we were able to see the london skyline and enjoy a coffee at the same time!! We were really impressed with the smoothness of the journey and the way the skipper steered the boat. The lines were long but moved quickly and the staff were all very helpful. It was great to see so much of london from the river. The history of the bridges were explained very well - helping us to understand how much London has changed over the years. We were grateful to make use of the hop on hop off experience, which allowed us to see The Globe Theatre, London Eye, The Tower of London as well as enjoy the afternoon at the Greenwich Market! A fantastic trip and I would do it over and over again!

Great service—it's not like Uber's water taxis, where you can't see a thing. On this cruise, they go slower and point out the sights as they go, plus you can see everything while sitting comfortably on the upper deck.

The commentary was very good and highlighted lots of the sites and interesting facts. Really easy to get to Westminster Pier on the tube and made for a very scenic outdoor trip to Greenwich.

It was my first cruise ride, and I took my 8-year-old daughter with great excitement. I bought a ticket online and received an email and a text message with the booking confirmation. Upon entering the Westminster pair, I was told that I must have the APP downloaded on my phone to enter. I show the person my booking information, but she still insists on downloading the app and sounds quite annoyed and stressed. I tried to calm her down and insisted that she not get angry, as my 8-year-old daughter was with me. It was not very busy, and no other passengers were waiting there to be served. By that time, another member of staff had just walked in and started blaming me, saying I was stressing her colleague, even though she never knew what was going on. However, to come to the situation, I very quickly downloaded the app, avoided the hassle and boarded the cruise. I just witnessed two absolutely unfriendly team members on the front line of your wonderful and world-class cruising service. However, I have the impression that I must download a tracking app to experience the journey. And your member of staff made me download it.

It is a good 1 hour cruise all the way from Westminister to Greenwich..The guide is absolutely delightful..adding little anecdotes with the location/attraction description really makes a difference between.. converting boring blabbering into interesting, funny info you don't forget.. Enjoyed alot and would definitely recommend!
