We booked online on the day of travel, super easy to book. Tower Bridge to Westminster. The timetable was available online which was handy although the cruise we planned to get was cancelled, not an issue we sat at a nearby cafe and enjoyed the views. On board we sat at the top deck and one of the captains was an amazing sightseeing guide. We've been to London many times but learnt so much from this cruise! Absolutely fabulous and beats the tubes! The cruise was really top notch, I went as far as Greenwich and everything was fine, except for the fact that children were playing inside the boat, which was a bit noisy. You can't do anything about it, they're just kids. The only big problem was that we had to get off the boat at Greenwich for about 30 minutes and then get back on. This was a bit long, especially for my parents who are elderly and were cold outside.

Wonderful experience. Cruise was on time & loved the host who provided a lot of information about the sight seeing. Also the cruise had a cafe which served few drinks & snacks. I loved how the host/caption of cruise would keep everyone updated with the upcoming stops. Must a visit!

We ended up not using/wasting our tickets. "All Day" started at 10am and we were looking to take it at 9am to make a 10am tour at the Tower of London. Not sure if I missed that time frame when booking or if wasnt clearly stated, but maybe put that in bold or with a confirmation pop-up prior to booking.

Booked a flexi ticket, arrived at Westminster just as the sun was setting, turned out to be a fortunate decision. Even though it was rather cold, the sights of the cruise was amazing. I've done a day cruise before but a night cruise was totally different. Highly recommended.
