We booked a tour of the Parliament and a Danube river cruise. I highly recommend both tours. The Parliament is breathtaking. The interiors are beautifully preserved. The multimedia guide was very user-friendly, with lots of interesting facts not only about the stunning building itself, but also about the history of Hungary. The Danube cruise is at its most beautiful in the evening, when you can admire the gorgeously illuminated city, including its landmarks and of course the Parliament building. Highly recommend!

We booked an evening Danube boat cruise, and it was definitely worth it. The boat ride lasted 50 minutes, and you get to see all the sights brightly lit up. If you arrive a bit early, you can snag a spot out on the deck. We also treated ourselves to a non-alcoholic gin and tonic that really hit the spot. The staff was equally competent and very friendly. All in all, a great tour.

A wonderful experience with a night view of the city with all the lights on. In particular, the evocative view of the parliament building with its striking lighting, and all the illuminated bridges as well. The view of the city all lit up is truly worth it.

It was a lovely experience and a pleasant cruise up and down the Danube to see some of the sights all lit up after sunset. Eric the tour did a great job informing us of the long history of Hungary and other 'tit-bits'. A hour went all too soon.

The guide was just unbelievable with his deep knowledge of Hungarian history and Budapest city. A pity that you cannot absorb such an amount of information on one go, but luckily some of it. He was great!

Absolutely amazing experience! The Danube cruise was one of the highlights of our trip to Budapest. Sailing along the river while admiring the beautifully illuminated Parliament, bridges, and historic buildings was simply magical. Enjoying a drink on board made the experience even more special. If you do only one sightseeing activity during your stay in Budapest, make it the Purpleliner Danube River Cruise—hands down, this was the best money I spent in the entire city. The breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline from the water are unmatched, and the central, hassle-free departure spot made boarding an absolute breeze. The boat was extremely comfortable throughout the entire trip, and to top it all off, our tour guide was a complete 10/10—engaging, informative, and making the experience unforgettable from start to finish.

We had a really great experience! Everything was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our time. The experience was definitely worth it, and we would happily recommend it to other travelers. Everything went smoothly, and we left with lovely memories. Thank you for such a great experience! Only downside is open desk didn't had any overhang, right before our cruise started we got caught in the rain and couldn't enjoy open desk properly, unfortunately. But everything else was perfect, thank you!
