I recently came for a friends birthday and wasn't quite sure what I was getting into but I was BLOWN AWAY! The production, the characters, and the storyline we're all incredible and there were surprises at every turn. The characters also did a great time manageing and redirecting a particularly rowdy child without affecting anyones experience; pure professionals! Will definitely be back with friends!

It was very fun! Me and my boyfriend celebratated our second year anniversary there as we met in a shrek theatre performance it was so worth it! Genuinely such a memorable experience for both kids and adults. We got choosen for a few interactive experiences which made it so funny. We were laughing the whole time! (Especially when my boyfriend was told to look for gold in shreks toilet)😂 The staff was incredible and so talented and the sets felt like you were in the legit fairytale. We left saying we were coming back next year!!

The Paddington Bear Experience was absolutely magical from start to finish. I was super impressed. I came with my son who is a big Paddington Bear fan. It was exciting, the actors/characters were amazing and the different sets and rooms created the most beautiful atmosphere and story. I almost shed a tear at the end when animated Paddington Bear spoke about kindness and my son meeting and having his photo with Paddington Bear was a dream come true for him. Thank you, highly recommended. I loved the party room street scene at the end where treats could be purchased. I'm a harsh critic but couldn't fault this at all! 10/10!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed the adventure. The players were very good actors and the interaction with the audience was great. The bar section was disappointing but didn't spoil anything. We were happy with the progress through each section and the crowd numbers were ideal. £3 per bag was expensive. I would recommend the show if asked. Great for all ages.

Swing by Shrek’s Adventure! London at your chosen time and walk right into the adventure! A quick ticket scan, and you’re off—Donkey’s your first guide, and he’s revving up a flying bus to whisk you away into Shrek’s world!

What to expect

For 70-mins, you’re not just watching Shrek’s world—you’re living it! This walk-through adventure throws you right into Far Far Away, where storytelling, theater, and wild surprises collide. Hop on Donkey’s flying bus, dodge witches, meet fairy tale legends, and make a daring escape from Rumpelstiltskin. Chaos? Guaranteed. Fun? Absolutely!

4D Flying Bus Ride: Join Donkey on a motion-simulated journey through magical landscapes, complete with wind, mist, and water splashes that make you feel like you're truly flying.

9 Live Shows: Enact in scenes with Cinderella, Pinocchio, Puss in Boots, and more as live actors and embrace the lovely special effects that create these fun, heartwarming encounters.

Sharp metallic tools or objects, food & beverages, alcohol,drones, smoke bombs, fireworks, glass bottles, illegal substances, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, motorcycle helmets and large luggage bags are not allowed on this experience.

Buggy and pushchairs are also not allowed on this experience, however there is a free buggy park at the venue.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Photography is strictly prohibited at the venue.

Elevators are available at the venue for easy access.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.
