Jesus, our incredible guide brought life into our unforgettable tour of the Sevilla Cathedral, with his humour and interesting stories. Having visited similar cathedrals in the past without a guide, I know first hand what a difference it made to see this beautiful place with a guide. The guide added context, which we wouldn't have had and that made all the difference! The audio headsets provided were high quality and ensured that we didn't miss a word of what the guide was saying, despite an extremely crowded enclosed space. Highly recommend doing this guided tour.

Easy to find and buy tickets What a great tour. The guide knew all about the history of this beautiful kathedral It's so impressive. The guide had a lot of knowledge and was very friendly. He got us around and showed all there was to see. Made shure that everyone could take pictures and showed us the special spots. Finding him was easy. So would definitely recommend

Great tour guide (Pablo). Tour was cool and skipping lines was nice. Only real problem was reservation system. Our names (and one other couple) were not on the reservation list. Finally got rectified after 45 minutes and right before tour started which added unnecessary stress.

There was an issue on entry between our guide and the staff on the door at the cathedral but it was only a minor delay. Our guide was good but I thought as half of our time was taken walking to the top if the tower with no guide it information, the cost was not good value. We should have had an hour with the guide and more time in the actual cathedral. We could have done the tower on our own afterwards.

What to expect

Recognized as the world's largest Gothic cathedral, this is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a focal point of the city’s history. Its bell tower, the La Giralda, was once the minaret of an Almohad mosque. Today, it offers stunning panoramic views of Seville's historic capital.

Bring a valid photo ID or passport for all participants, as full names and ID details are required for entry.

Wear comfortable shoes, as the tour involves walking and climbing the La Giralda.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, backpacks, and suitcases are not allowed inside the premises for security reasons.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Wearing clothes that expose your knees or shoulders, or wearing hats inside the cathedral, is prohibited.

Professional photography equipment, tripods, and selfie sticks are prohibited.

Accessibility

The Seville Cathedral is largely wheelchair accessible, except for the La Giralda.

The cathedral also offers a free wheelchair service for those with limited mobility.

Those with visual impairments can use the Braille brochures to guide them through their visit.

There’s a free sign guide service for visitors with hearing impairments.

The Permanent Exhibition area and the Patio de los Naranjos also have baby changing tables.

Service animals are allowed at the cathedral, subject to presenting relevant official documentation.

Additional information

The climb up to the La Giralda is not recommended for individuals with vertigo, claustrophobia, or respiratory ailments.

The experience is suitable for all ages, including infants and seniors.

Children under the age of 14 must always be accompanied by an adult.

Groups of more than 10 people will be provided with headphones to avoid disturbing the other guests.
