- Children aged 9yrs and under are not permitted on this tour
- There is no weight limit for the hot air balloon experience, however, if your weight exceeds 100 kg (220 lb), please contact us beforehand
- Hotel pickups are included in the price of your ticket, however, if your hotel is outside the Madrid Center, please specify while booking
- There is a minimum number of guests required to operate the tour. In the even of this minimum number not being met, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund

- 6:30 AM- 7:30 AM: Hotel pickup
- 8:00 AM- 8:30 AM: Arrival at the flight camp
- 8:45 AM: Board the hot air balloon
- 9:45 AM: Countryside breakfast with a glass of cava
- 11:00 AM: Depart to Segovia
- 11:30 AM: Initiate walking tour at Roman Aqueduct
- 12:00 PM: Visit the Royal Alcazar
- 1:00 PM: Lunch in a traditional restaurant (Cochinillo Segoviano)
- 2:30 PM: Return to Madrid
- 4:00 PM: Hotel drop-off
