Sea Life Munich was a wonderful experience for the whole family! 🐠✨ The aquariums are impressive, everything is clean and very well organized. The underwater tunnel with the sharks was especially fascinating. The kids had a lot of fun and got to discover many interesting marine animals. Highly recommended for families and a relaxing day in Munich! 😊

The winter touch was really nice. I liked the places for doing other things, a picknick area, a small film etc. It is relatively narrow so I recommend not bringing too much. It is also dark and relatively full, although going earlier is better. My daughter loved it!

SEA LIFE Munich is one of Bavaria’s top aquariums featuring 33+ themed zones and 8,000+ marine creatures to discover at your own pace.

Daily Feedings: Watch professional aquarists feed rays, sharks, and other species, while sharing insights into animal care and marine ecosystems.

Themed Habitats: Journey through recreated environments, including the Isar River and a tropical ocean tunnel, each highlighting unique species and conservation stories.

Touch Pool: Experience hands-on learning at the contact pool, where you can safely interact with select marine creatures under staff supervision.

Ocean Tunnel: Walk through a 360° tunnel surrounded by tropical fish, sea turtles, and sharks for a truly immersive encounter.

Family-Friendly Access: Children under 2 enjoy free entry, making it easy for families to explore together.

Bring a valid photo ID and your ticket to scan at entry

What’s not allowed:

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage

Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for baby food and special dietary requirements.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed inside the premises.

Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are not allowed in the exhibition areas.

Tickets are only valid for the booked day and time slot. The booked time slot is valid for 15 minutes and expires afterwards.

Children under 2 years enter free of charge but must be accompanied by an adult.

SEA LIFE Munich is open from 9am to 6pm every day. Last entry is at 5pm
