Access was easy. However the atmosphere was claustrophobic. A number of points were closed. We exited and then asked to come back to just use the toilet for my 6 yr old and were refused. Generally an ungenerous feeling.

What to bring

Keep your tickets and a valid form of ID ready to show at the entrance.

What's not allowed

Large suitcases and other oversized items are not allowed on this experience.

Accessibility

The experience is suitable for wheelchair users and visitors with prams or strollers.

Assistance dogs are permitted.

For safety, children under 90 cm in height or under 6 years old cannot take part in the VR experience.

Additional information

The VR experience operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and there may be waiting times during busy periods.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid full-priced ticket.

Infants under 2 require a valid ticket.

Anytime entry tickets allow you to visit at any time during opening hours on your selected date.

Carer tickets are only valid when accompanied by at least one person holding a full-priced ticket.

Carers of disabled guests gain free entry with appropriate documentation.
