• The VIP Experience tour will accommodate a minimum of 2 guests to a maximum of 12 guests.

• Guests aged below 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour.

• Please be informed that the back-of-house tour of Dolphin Island is subject to weather conditions. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) reserves the right to substitute any affected outdoor programmes with a suitable indoor alternative.

• It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes as this experience involves a fair amount of walking.

Restrictions

• Photography and Videography are strictly prohibited during S.E.A. Aquarium back-of-house tours and on Dolphin Island.

• Wheelchairs and crutches are not permitted in some areas of the back-of-house tour.

Operating Hours

• Sat to Tue: 10am - 5pm

• You’ll receive an email with your S.E.A Aquarium voucher in a few minutes.
  

• Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. Late arrivals (within 30mins) may miss certain components.
  

• Report at the guest services within the park 30 minutes before the beginning of the tour.
  

• Tour starts from S.E.A. Aquarium VIP Experience Meeting Point at 10 AM.
