The castle itself and the parks. Our guide let us experience the history of the Habsburgs at first hand. His explanations were interesting and sometimes peppered with humor.

Some enclosures are empty, notably the pandas, although this is the zoo's main selling point. Other animals are almost invisible, such as the polar bear, which lives in conditions that are totally at odds with its natural habitat: an enclosure in direct sunlight with little water (warm, certainly). The poor thing!

I train guides, he was alright but could be better, I found his insensitivity to other cultures or maybe its cultural thing or an issue with language. Joking is ok, but read your group before starting inappropriate remarks that may not be well received by members of your cultural diversified group. I shrugged it off most times but other times it upset me.

A lot of animals, but we were disapointed because of reconstruction of big part of zoo. We wanted to see Panda for example, but it was not possible.
