FamilyVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5The Royal Palace of Madrid is truly extraordinary. The part open to the public is a sight to behold. In addition to the Palace, you can also visit the Royal Armory, where you can see a collection of countless suits of armor belonging to the various kings who have lived there. The admission fee was well worth it. After the tour, there’s also a section of the gardens you can explore, which I highly recommend. As for the Almudena Cathedral, which is right across the street, I only saw it from the outside—I just don’t understand why you’d pay €8 to enter a Christian church. But some people do pay.MMassimo M
FamilyVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5We visited the Royal Palace on Monday, and despite the large number of visitors, we got in quickly—even with the thorough security checks. The audio guide—which I highly recommend—was extremely helpful, providing concise explanations of the many beautiful rooms we visited. The Royal Palace was a wonderful discovery; it’s definitely worth a visit for anyone traveling to Madrid.CChristian G

CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago4/5It was very easy, but one question came up that made me waste some time when I arrived. My ticket listed a guided tour, which wasn't available because it hadn't been paid for. Since I had made several reservations, I wasn't sure what to do. I called customer service and received excellent assistance.JJusto C
SoloVerified booking2 days ago5/5I had a ticket for 10:15 a.m. They opened at 10:00 a.m. It was a perfect, amazing visit—I stayed for 2.5 hours. I left, took a taxi for 10 euros to the Prado Museum, arrived, and found it spectacular—the museum is magnificent. I was very satisfied with their services!
