A very enjoyable show. However I thought that being expected to pay additional costs to see the meridian line and the Harrison clocks in the same complex was too much to ask.

I was expecting something different, more realistic projections, they were just computerized images, I was disappointed.Could have been provided an audio guide, the guide spoke very fast in English

On the approach to the Royal Observatory the view of Blackheath Avenue with the monument at the head draws the eye towards the glorious vista of the London skyline. The Observatory Staff at the entrance gate were so welcoming and friendly with witty London banter which made us chuckle. We made our way through the buildings where we watched a video of the telescope being commissioned and the roof opening which really brought our trip to life. We headed then to use the toilets which were clean and tidy. Much appreciated 👍 Next was the Planetarium show. again the entrance staff were friendly and helpful and we joined the queue for the show with great expectancy. We were not disappointed! Comfy seats and a witty staff member were our introduction to the Universe. Colourful, relaxing and informative light and sound show.

We rushed to the venue but the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The speaker, Joshua, was fun to listen to. The planetarium itself was good. I was left for wanting more, but it maybe because i have visited many planetariums in the past. It will be fun for the kids. Don't miss out!

The presentation was very simple and pitched at young children with very little new or interesting information for adults. The images were quite old fashioned and clunky and the music uninspiring.
